The children will also explore scrabble as its national scrabble day, National earth day, National superhero day, National star wars day and National nurses day. We will also be doing some yoga nice and calming (we will try as best we can for calm). And of course St George’s day.
The children will hopefully be outside more – fingers crossed to the British weather!
To celebrate St George’s day we are creating shields and also as a treat we will be having cupcakes with the England flag on top yummy!
For National Nurses Day we will be setting out a hospital through role play. The children will have fancy dress if they would like and endless badges to play with. Finally we have National Thank You Teachers Day, we will have lots of craft our on a table for your child to create their own card for their teacher. I’m sure it will make their day!
We always have a calm area with blankets and bean bags with fidget toys, top trump and other playing cards along with books with any children who want some quiet time.
