Hello Everyone.
I would like to start this newsletter with some important information about sessions and booking.
Booking sessions. We have 2 different types of booking available, see below. Please ensure you choose the correct section when making all bookings.
Contracted sessions (or rolling contacts) are for when you need specific days/sessions booked each week. Your child’s space is reserved and each month an invoice will be sent in advance for the preceding month, on the 25th, we ask for all payments to be made in advance of your childcare.
NB. We don’t charge for any teacher training days, school holidays or school closure days.
Please note there is a 4 week cancellation period required to cancel or change your contract.

Adhoc sessions can be booked up to a month in advance. This is for last minute/unplanned childcare. The spaces are not guaranteed and will depend on daily availability.
Adhoc bookings must be paid for at the time of booking.
Once a booking is made this cannot be cancelled/swapped.
If your child isn’t going to be with us for one of the sessions you can let us know by:
Clicking summary
Find the session you need.
Click add note
Write the note
Press the save button.
This updates our registers.
Please remember if we have to call you we will charge you £5 as it does delay us from leaving.
