To all our families, thank you so much for supporting us and using our club this school year. We really hope your child/children have really enjoyed our activities, toys and events we had planned over the year.
We will unfortunately be saying goodbye to some of our year 6 children. Good luck with your next adventure and thank you parents for using us for all theses years!
A few reminders
Please do let us know if your child isn’t going to be with us. You can do this by email, cob, text, call or WhatsApp. If you do a get a call from us it there will be a fee of £5 to your account. If you collect from child from a club and we don’t know about it there will be a fee of £10 added to your account. This is due to having two member of staff going to get your child and being off floor for
20 minutes.
If your child is booked in until 5:15pm, please remember to collect them on or before 5:15pm. We are having a lot of children leaving 5-10 mins over their time. If you running late please call Amy so she can extend your session.
When you ring the door bell please can to STAND in front of the door so we can see you. Please don’t walk away to see if they are in the garden. This then speeds up time getting your child as we are busy and getting your child ready for you. Also please DO NOT be on your phone for calls or texting all phones must be away for safeguarding. If you are on them we will ask you to put it away.
Hopefully the warmer weather is coming. When it does please can you make sure your child’s hat is LABELLED. We share the hall with four other groups, things will be taken or go missing. Please label their water bottles too. Thank you.

We are celebrating the world cup as well by doing a display board on it. Come on England! Can we finally do it this year! We will update you on photo on social media. Please do take a look!

If you need to make any changes to your contract for September please remember there is a 4 week notice you need to give. Myself and Pam will be added your contracts for September on 24th August. Please email us by then. If you use ADHOC you CAN’T book until September 1st.
We are getting very busy in Septembers as we have over 14 children at the moment starting with us. If you can get on a contract. Spaces will be limited.
If you have any lovely comments you don’t mind sharing with us we would love to add them on our website so other families who are thinking of using us know some parents opinion of us. We won’t add your name. Please email info@scallywagskids.co.uk
Are you getting rid of any toys? We would love to take them off your hands. Please talk to a member of staff.
If your has been sent home in our clothes please can we have them back. We don’t have a lot left.
At the moment if a child has an accident we will be calling you to collect as we don’t have many sizes left.
