The COB system will then show any available spaces that you can book.
A non-refundable £10.00 registration fee is payable upon submission of your initial registration form.
There is also an initial non-refundable £100 deposit payable on registration which is taken off your first contracted fee.
Contracted sessions (or rolling contracts) are where you have specific sessions booked each week. Your child’s space is re served and a fee is generated each month by invoice.
Ad hoc sessions are for last minute or unplanned childcare. These places are not guaranteed and will depend on daily availability.
Sorry but no. Once paid for, online Ad hoc Sessions are non-transferrable and cannot be refunded.
So please double check you are booking the correct sessions and dates for your children at the correct school.

No, we must have registration forms in place before we accept a child.
Four weeks notice is required in writing by email to info@scallywagskids.co.uk to cancel or change your contract.
Contracted bookings are NOT flexible bookings i.e. you cannot swap or change days.
Yes, you can extend morning or evening sessions. This can be done online here.
Yes. We accept any childcare vouchers.
Yes. For children who attend Emscote School, teachers walk them over to us after school has ended.
All Saints children in Years 5/6 can walk down by themselves if a permission form is signed. Years 3/4 must be brought to us by a responsible adult.
Scallywags are open weekdays term time only.
Mornings open 7:30 to 9:00 am.
Afternoons open 3:00 to 5:45 pm.
No. We do not open during the school holidays. You can see the current school timetables here.
If you anticipate being a few minutes late you must contact the Club in order for us to reassure your child.
It is your responsibility to arrange for someone to collect your child if you anticipate being late by more than a few minutes.
Some of our menu items contain allergenic foods. Despite our best efforts, due to our cooking environment, there is a risk that traces of these may be in any other dishes that we serve. We understand the dangers to customers with severe allergies, so advise you speak to a member of staff.
