There are two scales of fees based on when you book times for your children. Contracted Sessions are for when you book multiple periods in advance. Casual Sessions are for last minute or unplanned bookings.
You CANNOT book Contracted Sessions online. Please contact us to book these.

Invoices are sent via email to your chosen email address, in advance for fees each half term. All fees must be paid in advance of the childcare provided. It is up to you, the parents/carers, to ensure we are kept up to date with your preferred email for us to send the invoices to.
If you prefer a paper copy please inform the manager.
Our fees apply for the full school year, this is regardless of any time off your child might have for holidays or sickness, we do not charge you for school holidays, bank holidays or teacher training days.
It is important that you check the invoice’s days and sessions.
We will require a minimum period of 4 weeks notice to make any changes/alterations/cancellations to your contract with us.

Please use your child’s name as a reference.
Allow sufficient time for payments to reach us. Some voucher payments or bank transfers can still take up to 3-5 days to arrive in our account.
Lastly if you are having difficulty paying please get in touch with us soon as possible. We will send reminders if payments fall behind and reserve the right to charge late fees of 20% on top of the amount outstanding
Contract bookings are NOT flexible bookings i.e. you cannot swap or change days.
