collecting
your child
Please arrive promptly to pick up your child, as the hall is a community hall used by others.
You can arrive at any time to collect your child before your designated finish time. Please ring the doorbell and we will bring your child to you.
It is your responsibility to arrange for someone to collect your child if you anticipate being late.
We ask you to provide a collection password that should be known only to you and anyone you authorise to collect your child. The use of the password will authorise staff to release your child.
If at any time you are concerned that the security of your password has been compromised please provide a new password, in writing.
All children must be picked up by your chosen session’s end time (5:15 or 5:45 pm ). If you are unable to pick your child up, you must notify us as soon as possible due to staff ratios.
If a child is not picked up by 6:30pm and we have had no contact, and we have attempted to contact all persons on the registration form, we are obliged to contact Social Services.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of £5 per quarter of an hour in the event of a late collection.
