before & after school clubs
We aim to provide pupils of all ages with a safe and fun place to start and finish their school day.
2 morning club sessions
The club is informal and friendly, allowing children to choose how they start the day, some children like to wake up slowly while others prefer to get on and play. The club provides for both a quiet space and a free play areas..
Children are offered a healthy breakfast before school, which is served until 8:15 am
Our toy library is available on iPads for the children to look at so they can choose what they would like to play with.
We also have a suggestion bag available for both the children and parents to use.
Parents/carers have an information board in the hall with lots of useful information on it such as activity planning.

We also provide a quiet area, where if needed, we offer the kind of activities that they would be participating in if they were at home.

Pick up and collection from school
Emscote Infant School
Children will be picked up from the school hall.
If your child would like to attend activities after-school at Emscote Infant School then the teachers will walk them over to us after the activities finish.
All Saints C of E Junior School
Children will be met in the school playground.
If your child attends All Saints after school activities you will need to arrange for your child to be brought to the club by an appropriate adult.
Please arrive promptly to pick up your child, as the hall is a community hall used by others.
You will be asked to sign your child out of the register for each session. It is important that you let staff know if anyone other than yourself or a nominated person is collecting your child.
It is your responsibility to arrange for someone to collect your child if you anticipate being late.
We ask you to provide a collection password that should be known only to you and anyone you authorise to collect your child. The use of the password will authorise staff to release your child.
If at any time you are concerned that the security of your password has been compromised please provide a new password, in writing.
All children must be picked up by your chosen session’s end time (5:15 or 5:45 pm ). If you are unable to pick your child up, you must notify us as soon as possible due to staff ratios.
If a child is not picked up by 6:30pm and we have had no contact, and we have attempted to contact all persons on the registration form, we are obliged to contact Social Services.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of £5 per quarter of an hour in the event of a late collection.
